This Service Availability, Backup, and Refund Policy applies if ProofLookup offers paid features, subscriptions, verification tools, imports, exports, hosting, or related services.
1. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free performance, or immediate restoration after outages, hosting issues, software conflicts, database damage, attacks, maintenance, or third-party failures.
2. Backups
We may maintain backups for operational recovery, but backups are not guaranteed, may be incomplete, and may not be available for individual restoration requests. You are responsible for keeping your own exports and backups of important verification records.
3. Paid Features
If paid features are offered, pricing, billing cycles, limits, and included features will be described at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement. Paid features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as permitted by the applicable plan terms.
4. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in a specific paid plan or agreement, fees are non-refundable after service access, digital delivery, import, setup, customization, or usage has begun. We may consider refunds at our discretion for duplicate payments, billing errors, or service failures that are clearly attributable to us.
5. Abuse and Policy Violations
No refund is owed for accounts, records, links, files, or services suspended, deleted, restricted, or terminated due to abuse, fraud, illegal activity, public safety risk, policy violation, chargeback fraud, or attempts to evade enforcement.
