This Copyright, Trademark, and DMCA Policy explains how rights owners may report alleged infringement involving ProofLookup records or pages.

1. Our Role

ProofLookup may host or display user-submitted records, certificate pages, product proof records, uploaded files, images, text, and links. We may remove or disable access to content that allegedly infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

2. Copyright Complaints

To submit a copyright complaint, contact [email protected] and include your full legal name and contact information, your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the ProofLookup URL or code at issue, a description of the allegedly infringing material, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

3. Counter-Notices

If your content was disabled due to a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact [email protected] with your name, contact information, the disabled URL or record, your explanation, and any statements required by applicable law.

4. Trademark Complaints

To report trademark abuse, brand impersonation, counterfeit goods, fake authorization, or misleading use of a mark, contact [email protected] with your contact information, trademark details, affected URL or code, screenshots, and explanation.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly receive valid infringement complaints.

6. DMCA Agent

If ProofLookup designates a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, the agent information will be posted on this page.
